Allen Burnsworth, Rachel’s husband, is a former Special Operations Soldier in the U.S. Army. He has gone from overweight little boy to world class athlete to overweight man, to REALLY overweight man, and finally, after many struggles navigating the "health and fitness" roller coaster and several health challenges, to being fit and healthy. Allen comes to work with you NOT with some sort of genetic "luck of the draw" but as an everyday human being, understanding what it feels like to fail. What it feels like to be disappointed with yourself. And what it feels like to have gotten on the right path to health, wellness, and healing.
What he has learned and applied in his life he now provides to clients; focusing on Deep Health and Wellness Coaching with specialties in Behavior Change, Sleep, Stress Management, and Resiliency Training, Nutritional Coaching and Personal Physical Training. Allen focuses on personalized, one on one coaching, designed specifically for YOU. Because you and your body, mind, and spirit are unique from everyone else. Allen is certified in TRX Training, with multiple specialties, including women's focused training; recognizing some of the unique characteristics of the human female physiology and biology. He has earned his certification from Building The Elite Master Coaching Systems. He is also earning his certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association and Precision Nutrition.
